Electric scooter maker Ola Electric has unveiled its new electric motorcycle, the Ola Roadster in India with starting price of ₹ 74,999. The motorcycle features a monochromatic design theme and will be sold in three SKUs –Roadster, Roadster X, and Roadster Pro.

Furthermore, some more cuttings will be made for the Ola Roadster electric motorcycle depending on the battery pack of the motorcycle.
In addition, the company has gone on to extend the same and integrate cells into its own vehicles starting from Q1 FY26. It has also demonstrated Bharat 4680 cell and battery pack made in India, the new Gen-3 platform, and MoveOS 5.
It has also revealed two concepts of electric motorcycles – Sportster and Arrowhead.
Ola Roadster Electric Motorcycle: Variants
Ola Roadster X
The Roadster X has a top motor power of 11 kW. Three battery packs are available – 2. 5 kWh, 3. 5 kWh, and 4. 5 kWh. The car started moving from rest to 40 kmph and within the first 0-40 kmph sprint it takes 2. It takes 8 seconds to reach 100 kmph (in case of 4. 5 kWh variant) and comes with a top speed of 124 kmph along with a zero to top range of 200 km (for the top variant).
Roadster X also has a unique and improved Combi Braking System (CBS) with disk brakes on the front wheels with brake-by-wire technology. The motorcycle also has three built-in riding modes including Sports, Normal, and Eco.
Featuring a 4. 3-inch LCD segment display based on MoveOS 5, digital tech features including Ola Maps Navigation (Turn by Turn), benign cruise control, elaborate regen, Riding Modes, DIY Mode, TPMS alerts, OTA updates, and more. Digital Key Unlock and connectivity with Ola Electric App are other features of the motorcycle.
Ola Roadster
It is equipped with a 13 kW motor and is offered in 3. 5 kWh, 4. Available battery capacities are 4. 4 kWh, 5 kWh as well as 6 kWh battery variants. Preposterously, it accelerates from standstill to 40 kmph in as much as 2 seconds or 6 kWh, to boot. It has a maximum speed capability of 126 kmph and has a claimed riding range of 248 km. The bike is fitted with a giant 16 kWh battery that has an IDC range certification of 579 km, and hence, it is not only one of the fastest electric motorcycles but also one of the most energy-efficient.
The Roadster Pro sports a 10-inch TFT touchscreen, USD (upside down) forks, and two-channel switchable ABS with disc brakes at the front and the rear. The futuristic motorcycle has four riding modes (Hyper, Sport, Normal, and Eco) and two DIY modes.
